Doesn't really look like there is anything wrong... right ??
Well.... not until you try to pick up your coffee cup.
You can't.
You can only really grip with handle with two fingers. So its too flimsy to be able to hold properly.
Not with a full cup of coffee anyway.
And don't try to hold it like a mug either. Its way too hot. That little loop handle is too small to even fit your pinky finger inside !
There really should be some written guidelines about design and usability.
