Hi there.. I guess every personal website or blog (in this case) should start with an 'about me' of the author.. so here it is ^.^

• i'm originally from perth and now currently working in sydney

I graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Perth and I'm currently studying my Masters at UNSW. I work as a IT systems administrator. I drink socially (though most people will argue that i'm borderline alcoholic - but that is debatable). Judging from my occupation (you could probably tell) - i like working with computers and my computer games.

I'm not currently in a relationship (and that is not because i am afraid of commitment) , but more probably because I've realised I've had more than my fair share of ex-boyfriends and since I'm nearly a quarter of a freaking century old already, I should stop jumping on the next Tom, Dick or Harry that catches my eye. I've realised its probably time to be a bit more serious.

I started this blog because they have finally banned msn messenger at work and my friendster too ~ ! They have even banned all other variations of msn ! So.. at the moment I'm suffering from msn messenger withdrawal symptoms. I'm seriously contemplating either punching a hole in my proxy and firewall (and risk getting caught) or even tunnelling back to my pc at home just to get onto msn.

But its not just that, i'm writing because one of my closest friends showed me the blog page of one of her highschool friends. And that got me thinking to start something similar myself. Something that I can look back later and see how much I have changed over time. That was a long while ago.. I guess I just never had the time. However, since I have been sitting here twiddling my thumbs for the past 30 mins waiting for SP4 to be applied successfully to my server. I thought.. why not ?

Hopefully I will still be able to stay in touch with my friends this way. Especially the ones in Perth. Argghhh... I NEED MY MSN ~~~~!

Anyway..So here it is.. the first entry to my blog.
